Managing Director
Andile is a director in our firm, specialising in tax law with an ancillary commercial law practice. Andile also runs a general litigation and labour law practice. Andile holds an LL.B and LLM (Tax law) from the University of Johannesburg. He is a registered SARS Tax Practitioner; a member of the South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT) and he is a Regional Representative at the Southern African Academic Forum at AfronomicsLaw.
Associate
Masingita specialises in credit law, consumer law, general litigation and construction law. Masingita has also acted for major banks in commercial disputes due to her specialist expertise in credit law. Masingita holds an LL.B from the University of Limpopo and she is currently pursuing her masters in property law.
Office manager and Paralegal
Zama Ntuli is the firm's office manager and paralegal. Zama assists with the day to day running of the firm and is usually the first port of call when clients need assistance from one of our legal professionals. Zama is currently studying towards an LLB and has a keen interest in labour law.
Non - Executive Director
Leezola is an extractive law expert who advises on mineral and petroleum law matters. Leezola frequently advises on energy, critical mineral, and green hydrogen projects in Anglophone African countries, and Namibia and South Africa. She also lectures part-time at Stadio University and serves as a Board Member: Mentorship Lead (Southern African Academic Forum) at AfronomicsLaw. Leezola's credentials include: Ph.D. candidate and a Doctoral Researcher at the NRF/DST SARChI Research Chair: Mineral Law in Africa Chair; LL.M (Mineral and Petroleum Extraction and Use), University of Cape Town; LL.B (Honours), University of Namibia; Cert. (Taxation of the Extractive Sector), University of Nairobi; Cert. (Mineral Economics), University of British Columbia; Cert. (Sustainable Economics), University of British Columbia; Cert. (Political Economy and Development), Leiden University; and a Cert. (International Criminal Law), Case Western Reserve University.
